My work at office has been very hectic and it has kept me
busy all the while. My mom on the other hand was equally busy with her training
schedules. But her work is different from mine. Weekends are meant for rest,
but we both had to still run in search of houses and stuff.
One fine Saturday, as I was lazing around on the couch, I
was gazing at my mom preparing for lunch. Suddenly I was looking at her feet
which was tired like hell with cracks at the heels and nails all unkempt. She’s
been running like crazy for the past few months, standing 8 hours throughout
during her training sessions in various colleges and organizations. The feet
says it all. It felt as if it was crying out for help!
I wanted to give her a nice treat for what she’s been doing but
she won’t oblige if I request her to come with me for what I intended. Yes, I

said I wanted to do this for all the work she’s been doing, she gave me a look
that cried love and gratitude aloud. This was definitely a personal experience
for me too.
The beautician did a great job with my mom’s hands and feet.
The end result was so satisfactory and warming. More than just doing her duty
types, the beautician was very friendly and she put my mom at ease as she was
working on the feet. She was very sincere, warm and smiling all the time. More importantly, she cleans off all the mess properly while she leaves! (Who wouldn't want this, eh!)
