There were many events planned and I enjoyed them throughly. But what caught my attention was the DJ that was planned at the very end of the fest. It's not new for corporates conducting DJ Nights. But it's something that instilled my inner self.
I was standing on the first floor with my friends and was observing and enjoying the DJ that was happening in the ground floor.
Music- this has been an integral part of all our lives as its present right from the inception of our lives and will travel with us till the end. For me music is life, love, energy, peace and happiness. I couldn't stop my legs tapping for the music they were playing that day. It took me back to the great memories I have in life... The times when I had the luxury to let my hair down and danced my heart out!! Everyone should do that often..
While I was enjoying myself I could see lots of emotions happening beneath- on the ground floor. The girl who never ever danced in her life, tried dancing. The guy who was secretly admiring her, trying to dance beside her.. The party type people having fun, the guy who wanted to flaunt his skills on dancing and unique moves, the group of friends who was having their share of fun, a guy trying to have a conversation with a girl he wanted to talk to for a long time, the girls gang who involved new girls into theirs and how beautifully they engaged, the girl who finally had her freedom from her 'ever dominating' boyfriend, the guy who was dancing like there was no tomorrow, the new friendships, new love, new crushes, the girl who would be the new beauty chick from now on.... Whoa!! Too much emotions!! But all I could see was happiness, fun and peace. Should have seen their faces gleaming with happiness that evening.
It's amazing how music touches a lot of lives. How it could transform anybody. The peace and happiness it brings in is priceless.
There had been happy days, sad days and days that was worker than I thought. But music was always there around as a friend... Be it classical, western, new or old, be it Tamil, English or any other regions languages.... It has made me happy and consoled in every possible way. It has made me dance like never and have taught me to enjoy life and its smallest pleasures and to cherish each moment.
This is for MUSIC and the impact it could create on anyone and how it can beautifully perform metamorphosis in human lives!!
